Producer Juan takes great pride in this organic unfiltered oil, which he makes from a blend of Arbequina, Cuquillo and Hojiblanca olives carefully harvested from his own trees. Tthe fruit of these ancient trees (most are about 400 years old) give an oil with integrity and balance, combining a refined taste of fruit, full body, and gentle acidity.
